Lance P. Armstrong, Partner

After achieving his undergraduate degree at Fordham University, Lance P. Armstrong served as a second lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force and a special agent with the U.S.A.F. Office of Special Investigations in the counterintelligence and security detachment. He was admitted to St. John's University Law School under the G.I. Bill of Rights. While in law school, he was appointed confidential aide to Honorable Edward G. Baker, Justice of the Supreme Court, State of New York. Upon earning his Juris Doctorate, he opened his private practice. He is admitted to practice in New York and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Lance P. Armstrong is founding chairman of Richmond County Bar Association's Elder Law Committee and continues in that role. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), the New York State Bar Association Trusts and Estates Section and Elder Law Section, and the Staten Island Trial Lawyers Association.
He is the author of many legal articles in the quarterly Richmond County Bar Association Journal on asset protection guidelines. Lance P. Armstrong has lectured widely in the Richmond County Bar Associations' Continuing Legal Education programs on topics including tax basis as part of estate planning, supplemental needs trusts, Medicaid planning in New York, and guardianship. He has lectured on estate planning and long-term care insurance at a variety of organizations, such as Raymond James, Merrill Lynch, Chase Manhattan Bank, and Staten Island University Hospital.
Anthony J. Lamberti, Partner
Anthony J. Lamberti joined the firm as Partner in 2011. A recipient of his Juris Doctorate Degree from Brooklyn Law School, Mr. Lamberti is currently in the private practice of law concentrating in Article 81 Guardianships, Elder Law and Trusts and Estates.
Previously, he was the Principal Law Clerk to the Honorable Leonard Scholnick, Supreme Court of the State of New York, Kings County, where he actively participated in the supervision of approximately 1,500 Article 81 Guardianship matters.
Mr. Lamberti served as the Second Judicial District Delegate to the New York State Bar Association Elder Law Second Section Executive Committee from 2000 to 2006. He was also the Chair of the Sub-Committee on Guardianships. Anthony J. Lamberti has been elected as District Delegate from the 13th Judicial District (Staten Island) to the Elder Law Section Executive Committee. His term begins June 1, 2012 and runs through May 31, 2015.
Mr. Lamberti is a lifelong Brooklyn resident. He's a graduate of Brooklyn Technical High School and received his Bachelor's Degree from John Jay College where he played baseball for legendary coach Lou DeMartino. Mr. Lamberti is a member of the College's Athletic Hall of Fame.He is a frequent lecturer on Guardianship and Elder Law issues at various bar associations and civic organizations.
